| With the rapid development of emerging technologies, digitalization has brought new opportunities and challenges to the supply chain. The construction of digital supply chain has become the choice of most enterprises, but how to build an effective digital supply chain under the limited resources is still a problem that needs to be explored.Based on the perspective of configuration, this thesis applies the socio-technical systems theory in digital supply chain, identifies the resource elements supporting digital supply chain, and summarizes the technology resource system including information technology infrastructure integration, data consistency, interpretation system and supply chain information technology use.Social resource system includes IS-manufacturing intraorganizational coordination and supply chain trust. This study uses 231 samples from the fourth round of high-performance manufacturing project database to study the overall resource configuration of enterprises to achieve competitive performance through fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis.Through the interpretation of the configuration results, the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)There are three types of configuration for enterprises to achieve high competitive performance: exploratory, initial results and well-regulated model;(2)The three configurations for enterprises to achieve ultra-competitive performance are human-machine integration,data-driven and differential customization;(3)The two configurations for enterprises in developed countries/regions to achieve ultra-competitive performance are based-assistance and data-development,while four configurations for enterprises in developing countries to achieve ultra-competitive performance are strategic alliance,data-driven,foundation consolidation and data-utilization.When constructing digital supply chain, enterprises can choose different investment configuration schemes according to their own situation and the industry and market competition, combined with the strategic objectives of enterprises,so as to achieve competitive performance. |
