A Study On Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Housing In Nankai Distric

The housing problem has always been the most important part of the life of the Chinese people.With the development of society,public housing,which in the core area of the city has attracted more and more attention to all sectors of society.As a product left over by history,the management system and mode of public housing had been used for many years with few changes,which cannot keep up with the development of society.Based on the systematic tease the development process of China’s public housing and housing management system,this article will take the management of the apartment which provided and managed by the M-nationalized business that in Nankai District,Tianjin as an example,to expand the main content and current situation.Using questionnaire,interview and other methods to survey M’s management status and Disadvantages,and to identify the drawbacks such as a poor management mechanism and Heavy maintenance burden,etc,then analyze the reasons.This article will combine with the actual situation of apartment management and start with the improvement on management mechanisms and management methods.The suggest that should explore a new management model and Establish a new system to adopt the future development of society,and put forward suggestions for the management and for the whole society,put forward suggestions on how state-owned enterprises with professional management experience similar to M enterprises can participate in public housing management and to take a reasonable proposal for improving the modern governance of state-owned enterprises and maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets.
