Research On Optimizing Industrial Spatial Layout In Yangtze River Economic Belt

Since the reform and opening up,the Yangtze River Economic Belt has become a region with the best comprehensive strength,the strongest economic growth ability,and the largest strategic support.It is important for China to build up the Yangtze River economic belt in the coming decades.In September 12,2014,the State Council issued the Guiding opinions on relying on the golden waterway to promote the development of the Yangtze River Economic belt,and the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been upgraded to the national strategic level.The State Council pointed out that it is necessary to cultivate world-class industrial clusters,guide industrial orderly transfer and division of labor cooperation,and promote the adjustment of industrial layouts.The cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt have the problem of unreasonable site of industrial layout,which has seriously restricted the regional economic linkage and regional development momentum.Under the background of Chinese economy "new normal" and "supply side reforms",it is necessary for Yangtze River Economic Belt to optimize the industrial layout,upgrade the industrial structure,rational use of regional advantages,and dig out the development potential,so that it can take out excess capacity,improve the quality of industry,and increase efficiency,.What's more,it also can actively promote the efficient operation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt construction,truly achieve smart growth and intensive development of the regional economy,and ultimately become a strong driving force for economic growth in the country.This article follows the research idea of "theoretical review-current analysis-Path Research-Recommendations summary".Firstly,find out theoretical basis and the review the existed literatures about the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Then it introduces the present situation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the existing problems in the industrial layout along the Yangtze River,and pointed out that the industry along Yangtze River Economic Belt needs further layout optimization.Combined with shift share and index analysis method,we standardize the obtained data with the weights assigned to each variable by entropy method,to get the comprehensive score of various industries along the river.Then we complete the selection of advantage industries and declining industries in 11 provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Belt to get the important fields of industry development.Finally,we combine regional advantages and relevant policy documents to design the general idea of optimizing industrial spatial layout of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The overall idea of optimizing Yangtze River Economic Belt industrial space layout is:Under the principle of "overall planning,green development,division of labor cooperation and suit the local conditions",we should give full play to the local comparative advantage,strengthen professional diversion,dislocation development,and encourage specialized industries cluster development.We also should expand each industry's vertical field and the horizontal chain to enhancing the ability of industry matching.Taking the golden waterway as the primary axis of the Yangtze River development,it can play a better role in driving the city of radiation along the Yangtze River.Shanghai can extend that lead into the upstream areas by the two channels of Hu Kun and Hu Rong,and to support inland development,achieve interoperability of urban agglomeration.It is necessary to adjust the layout of industry along traffic lines and central cities.Taking focus on high-tech zones,open area and the industrial park,we can gradually build a number of advantageous industrial belts,industrial corridors and industrial center in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Finally we can form a development pattern of "double line,five cores,multi-point,and one center".Relying on the opportunity of"Strong Industrial Base","Intelligent Manufacturing","INDUSTRIE 4.0" and "Made in China 2025 ",combined with promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the key tasks of developing into a great power in manufacturing,the Yangtze River Economic Belt can be built as a modern manufacturing center with international competitiveness.
