Research On The Coupling And Coordination Of Intensive Land Utilization And New Urbanization In Urban Agglomeration

The deepening and steady progress of new urbanization and the efficient use of land resources interact and complement each other.At present,urbanization is in the stage of transformation and development focusing on improving the quality,and the contradiction between supply and demand and inefficient utilization of land resources in some cities are not uncommon.How to combine the two to maximize the efficiency and promote social development is an issue that needs to be re-examined.In this paper,16 prefecture-level cities in Chengdu-Chongqing City Group,which were relatively backward in the period 2009-2018,were chosen as the study object.Based on "input and output",this paper sets up the index system of the intensive utilization of urban land in order to maximize the social,economic and ecological benefits.On the basis of the connotation and target of urbanization in the new period,the index level of people’s livelihood and innovation ability should be highlighted,the index system of new-type urbanization development level evaluation should be improved,and the index system more suitable for evaluation should be established.The comprehensive measurement method combining entropy method,principal component analysis method and coefficient of variation method is used for weight assignment,so as to improve the scientificity of weight and make innovations in evaluation model,providing a new way of thinking for such research in the future.In this paper,the coupling degree model of physical concept is introduced,and the spatial and temporal differentiation of these two kinds of coordination relationships is analyzed.According to the actual utilization situation,the geographical probe in geography is introduced to study the main factors affecting the relationship between the two systems,and the interdisciplinary concept is applied jointly,so as to provide reference for implementing the new urbanization development strategy and improving the utilization efficiency of urban land resources.The results show that the level of urban land intensive use and the level of new-type urbanization in Chengdu-Chongqing area are on the whole rising steadily.The development of new-type urbanization is faster than that of urban land intensive use,and the spatiotemporal difference is large.The overall coupling degree of the two is high.The intensity of the interaction in time first increases and then decreases,and the intensity in space is roughly the same.The degree of coupling coordination is low,mainly manifested in two levels of reluctant coordination and primary coordination,there is a certain difference in space.The influencing factors have strong explanatory power to the spatial distribution of coupling coordination degree,and the important influencing factors have great variability due to the passage of time.In future development,more attention should be paid to the role of transport infrastructure,scientific and technological innovation capacity,environmental protection and people’s well-being.
