The Evaluation Of Coupling Coordination Development Between Urban Land Intensive Use And Urbanization

With the continuous development of urbanization process,most of the economic organizations in the society occupy the land.Whereas the supply of urban land is becoming increasingly limited,it makes the contradiction between supply and demand of urban land become more and more serious.Some cities have excessive pursuit of urbanization and economic development,so the urban land extensive use and the illegal occupation phenomenon happen frequently.All of these have seriously affected the overall upgrading of urbanization level and the sustainable development of the city.Although the current academic research on urban land intensive use or urbanization is more unilateral,there is still relatively little research on the coupling coordination development between the two systems.This is the current academia and government urgently need to solve the important problem.It would be conducive to analyze the intensive use of urban land resources from a new angle and promote the development of urbanization.First of all,this study makes a theoretical analysis of urban land intensive use and urbanization,and starting from the concept and connotation of urban land intensive use and urbanization to make a qualitative analysis of the interaction between them.Then,follow the construction principle of index system,constructing index system of urban land intensive utilization from the four levels of land use investment,land use degree,land use efficiency and land use sustainability;and constructing the index system of urbanization level from the five levels of population urbanization,economic urbanization,social urbanization,ecological urbanization and spatial urbanization.Through the Comprehensive Index Method,the paper calculates the level of urban land intensive use and the level of urbanization.Finally,the coupling coordination development evaluation model of urban land intensive use and urbanization is established,and the coupling development level of the two is analyzed and classified.Using the Natural Bresk,,Spatial Autocorrelation with Moran's I,Cluster and Outlier Analysis with Anselin Local Moran' s I in ArcGIS10.3 software to make spatiotemporal feature analysis.In the empirical part,this paper takes 12 prefecture level cities in Heilongjiang Province as an example,with the index data in 2005,2008,2011 and 2014 collected and collated.By means of Comprehensive Index Method,the level of urban land intensive use and the level of urbanization in Heilongjiang province are obtained.According to this paper,the coupling coordination development model of urban land intensive use and urbanization is established to evaluate and classify the coupling coordination development types of the cities in different years.ArcGIS10.3 software is used to obtain the coupling coordination development type distribution map,the Moran's I,LISA maps and the spatiotemporal features are analyzed.
