As the key force of digital information infrastructure,5G breaks through the time and space limitations of connection and helps to open up the information "artery" of economic and social development.China Unicom focuses on the key links of 5G development,grasps the new trend of the digital economy,forges new capabilities of the digital base,draws up the new ecology of the digital industry,strives to open up the 5G application innovation chain,industrial chain and supply chain,and creates new products,new formats,A new model to promote the large-scale development of 5G applications.China Unicom Anhui Branch is one of the major operators in the field of Anhui communications,and Q City Unicom is one of its subsidiaries.Q City Unicom’s 5G customer scale and market share have always been at a disadvantage in the industry.Under the general trend of 5G’s vigorous development,the formulation and implementation of its5 G product marketing strategy is very important for the future development of Q City Unicom.Based on the market environment of Q City Unicom,this thesis analyzes the marketing of its 5G products in depth,and designs marketing strategies with STP and 7Ps marketing theories.First,this thesis introduced some marketing theories,including 4Ps,7Ps,4Cs,STP,as well as some other analysis methods,including: PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis,SWOT analysis.Second,this thesis used the above analysis methods to make an in-depth analysis of the marketing environment of Q City Unicom.Then,with the questionnaire survey method,this thesis analyzed the marketing status of 5G products,and found problems in 5G product marketing.Furthermore,the STP analysis of the Q City Unicom 5G products marketing is carried out,and the 7Ps marketing strategy is formulated based on 7Ps marketing theory to solve the problems found.Finally,to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy of Q City Unicom 5G products,three safeguard measures are proposed: marketing organization system,human resources and integrity risk prevention and control.The research in this thesis has certain reference significance for communication operators to promote 5G products and enhance their competitiveness.
