The development of information technology has promoted the application of big data and the development of marketing.Big data is a technology that has been widely used in recent years.Many companies rely on big data to develop customers and improve marketing quality.Especially in the real estate industry,due to the intensified competition among real estate companies in recent years,many real estate companies have begun to use big data technology to carry out marketing work.After the introduction of big data technology,the marketing accuracy of real estate companies has been significantly improved.To some extent,big data technology has laid a technical foundation for the transformation of real estate.For real estate companies,big data technology can analyze large-scale data resources more accurately,and then provide scientific data reference for users or project positioning,improve the efficiency of marketing work,and improve corporate performance.Based on the above background,this paper takes WK real estate company as the research object,and analyzes the company’s marketing status from various aspects through literature analysis,empirical research,and induction and deduction.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of using big data for marketing,precise marketing strategy and the basic status of the company,and discusses the application status of the big data precision marketing operation platform.Secondly,a series of problems currently existing in the company’s big data precision marketing are sorted out and summarized,and they are summarized as the problem of product homogeneity,lack of pricing advantages,online marketing channels being ignored,and the problem of relying too much on traditional promotion methods,and analyzed the cause of the problem.Formulate optimized and precise marketing strategy plans for specific reasons,including refined product design strategies,building targeted marketing channel strategies,precise pricing models,and accurate grasp of media promotion strategies,etc.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the precision marketing strategy,this paper also formulates a series of safeguard measures for the marketing strategy at the end.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some reference for WK company and help the company improve the effect of precision marketing.
