| With the rapid development of the global economy,China’s market economy increasingly fierce competition,small and medium-sized private enterprises only constantly improve their management system,in order to survive in the competitive market environment.KN Food Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as KN company)current internal management mechanism is not perfect,seriously affecting the company’s development.KN company tries to strengthen internal management by establishing perfect performance appraisal system to change the current disadvantage,but the effect is not obvious.The development of enterprises is faced with such problems as how to strengthen the internal cohesion,motivate the staff and improve the working efficiency of the staff.In order to solve the current problems faced by enterprises,this thesis redesigns the performance appraisal system of enterprises.This thesis takes KN Company as the research object,on the basis of field investigation,data collection,employee interview and questionnaire survey,deeply analyzes the present situation of KN Company’s performance appraisal,it is found that the company has some problems,such as unclear performance evaluation target,inaccurate performance evaluation index setting and imperfect performance evaluation feedback mechanism.At the same time,this thesis analyzes the causes of the problem from three aspects: the lag of the performance appraisal idea,the misconception of the management and the lack of the performance appraisal ability.By combining goal management method with KPI assessment method,this thesis redesigns the performance assessment from the aspects of Performance Assessment Target,assessment index and assessment process,and adds the feedback and complaint mechanism of performance assessment,so that the performance appraisal system has been the greatest degree of protection.The results of this thesis have a good promotion to KN Company’s performance appraisal work,and hope to provide some reference for other similar private enterprises to conduct performance appraisal. |
