Research On The Development Path Of Heze Peony Industry Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The development of rural advantageous and characteristic industries is an important starting point and effective practice to achieve industrial prosperity.It is the main way to improve agricultural economic benefits,increase farmers’ income and drive rural development.It is an important driving force to promote the revitalization of rural industries and the construction of beautiful countryside,as well as the foundation and fundamental guarantee to realize rural revitalization.Peony industry is the pillar industry of Heze city,the dominant characteristic industry leading the development of Heze city,and plays a pivotal role in the process of promoting the rural revitalization of Heze city.Although Heze has the historical and natural advantages of peony planting,the peony industry has been developing continuously,but there are still some problems and constraints in the process of industrial development.By referring to the relevant materials of rural industry development,based on the agricultural industrialization theory,comparative advantage theory and economies of scale theory of rural industry development,through literature research and field research,this paper understands the development status of peony industry in Heze,using questionnaire survey,interview and other methods.It is concluded that there are some problems in the development of peony industry in Heze,such as low enthusiasm of farmers in planting,poor brand effect of peony,prominent bottleneck of factors and weak government support,and the development experience of chrysanthemum industry in Kaifeng and tulip industry in Holland is used for reference through case analysis.Finally,from four aspects of policy guidance,promoting industrial value-added with points and areas,enhancing vitality of factors and brand strategy,the paper puts forward corresponding strategies for the flourishing development of peony industry in Heze,in order to promote the development of peony industry in Heze,improve industrial benefits and increase farmers’ income,so as to provide references for the rapid and high-quality development of peony industry in Heze and add impetus for the flourishing of peony industry in Heze.We will build momentum and energize rural revitalization.
