Research On Oil Peony Industry Development In Hanzhong City

Shaanxi is one of the central areas of artificial planting peony with a long history of peony cultivation.With the prosperity of oil peony industry,Shaanxi will put the development of woody oil industry with oil peony as the important content on the agenda.Hanzhong city is located in the south of Shaanxi Province.According to historical records,it is the earliest artificial planting area of peony.Since 2014,Hanzhong City has grasped the great advantages of the state's strong support for the development of oil peony industry.By taking advantage of Hanzhong's good natural conditions and location advantages,Hanzhong has extensively developed and mobilized,actively transferred land,guided enterprise participation,supporting infrastructure,finance,taxation and financial support,and vigorously developed the oil peony industry,which has effectively promoted the oil peony industry to increase production and increase efficiency.However,with the development of oil peony industry,a series of prominent problems inevitably appeared,which seriously affected the development of Hanzhong green ecological industry,including oil peony industry,and hindered the realization of Hanzhong city's goal of getting rid of poverty and building a well-off society as scheduled.The development of oil peony industry in Hanzhong has entered a bottleneck period.How to face the problems and put forward the solution with a clear aim has become a key battle for Hanzhong City to take the road of green development.Starting from the background of oil peony industry development,this paper studies the development history,industrial status and business model of oil peony industry,and dissects the development of oil peony industry in Hanzhong City by using the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and comparative analysis,and carries out SWOT analysis,and introduces the natural resources and land space of oil peony industry in Hanzhong City It also points out the disadvantages of low planting standard,small planting scale,low brand of peony and insufficient labor force.It also analyzes the development opportunities of oil peony industry under the current policy and market environment,and points out the challenges in the aspects of low recognition of the masses,long time of income and homogeneous competition,and comprehensively points out Hanzhong There are some problems in the oil peony industry,such as insufficient market cognition,lack of capital investment,low degree of industrialization,weak guiding role and weak foundation support.Five key breakthroughs have been made,including seizing opportunities to break through bottlenecks,laying a solid foundation in a reasonable layout,increasing r&d extension chains,standardizing planting to improve quality,and building brands to expand influence.Four safeguard measures have been put forward,including increasing policy support,establishing a long-term mechanism,strengthening scientific and technological support,and strengthening platform construction.On the basis of reasonable control of planting scale,high-quality development of oil peony industry in Hanzhong City was realized.
