Study On Implementing The Strategy Of "Storing Grain In Technology" Deeply In Hubei Province

Self-reliance and self-strengthening in food science and technology is the basis of national food security.At present,the domestic and international environment is complex and changeable,and food security is facing a series of severe challenges.How to ensure the security and stability of food system in the future and realize the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources have become the top priority of national survival and development.Hubei Province has the advantages of agricultural resources and scientific and educational resources.Implementing the strategy of "storing grain in technology" is a historical mission endowed by the new era.On the one hand,it promotes the high-quality development of the grain industry in Hubei Province,and on the other hand,it contributes Hubei’s wisdom to ensuring the national food security.This paper firstly makes a profound analysis of the connotation and objectives of the strategy of "grain storage in technology" under different times.Based on the theory of scientific and technological innovation,based on the implementation of the strategy of "grain storage in technology" in Hubei Province,combined with the domestic and foreign economic development situation,under the guidance of the strategic objectives of food security,Hubei food science and technology by strengthening the top-level design,main body construction,technology research and development,think tank construction constantly improve food science and technology security.In this process,the grain production capacity has been greatly improved,policies,systems,platforms,talents and other aspects have been continuously strengthened,and the sustainable development capacity has also been enhanced,which confirms the necessity and correctness of the strategy of "storing grain in technology".However,the transformation and upgrading of grain consumption in the new era and the new journey are getting faster and faster.On the whole,Hubei Province still has some problems,such as weak competitiveness of grain science and technology,imbalance of scientific and technological resources allocation,insufficient innovation drive,and insufficient industrial support.In this paper,interdisciplinary comprehensive research method is used to analyze from four aspects,namely strategic understanding,innovation ecology,production scale and system mechanism.The problem of food security needs urgent attention and solution.To this end,in order to ensure all-round food security,starting from the supply side and demand side of food science and technology,we must do a good job in the strategic special planning of "grain storage and technology",strengthen the integration of food science and technology and industry,make efforts at both ends of the "top" grain science and technology and the "site" grain science and technology,and open up a new field and a new track for the implementation of the strategy of "grain storage and technology" in Hubei province.
