Research On The Integrated Development Model Of Tea Tourism Industry In Linzhi City From The Perspective Of Rural Industry Revitalization

Tea tourism integration is an emerging economic development model of tea industry and tourism linkage development,tea tourism integration specifically refers to a new type of industrial integration in the consumer tourism at the same time to the tea plantations and tea production process for sightseeing tours,leisure experience,purchase of tea products.The 19 th Party Congress report puts forward the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and gives the primary position of industrial prosperity.Nyingchi,Tibet Autonomous Region has a unique climate,topography andtourism resources,making the region’s tea tourism integration in the new economic era has become a major trend of development.Tea industry is the pillar industry of Nyingchi,is also an important driving force of economic development in Nyingchi,and the integration of tea travel industry is an important grasp and scientific way of industrial transformation of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen.The relevant departments in Nyingchi must adhere to the tea to promote tourism,to promote tea with tourism,to promote the deep development of tea tourism integration as the direction of efforts,to explore valuable experience for the development mode of tea tourism industry integration in Nyingchi.This paper draws on the relevant theoretical research results common to the literature through the literature analysis method,thinks deeply about the innovative research on it,and starts the thesis writing on this basis.Secondly,through the case study method,the four existing tea travel industry integration development models in Nyingchi,namely,the "tea industry + red tourism" model of Yigong Tea Farm,the "tea garden Muge" field complex development model of Lulang Lajue Village,the "tea industry + eco-tourism" model of Motuo "tea industry + eco-tourism" mode and Bomi Xue hua ca village "tea industry +leisure vacation" mode for case analysis,which is mainly from the perspective of sustainability,replicability and the enthusiasm of the operating body to analyze the organization mode,benefit mechanism,mode The analysis is carried out from the perspectives of sustainability,replicability,and active management subjects.Thus,the problems of the integrated development mode of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi are summarized.Then,the survey analysis of the fusion development mode of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi based on the perspective of tourists is conducted by using the questionnaire analysis method.The collected data are analyzed and collated to understand the preference preference of tourists,and the data analysis is used to determine the influencing factors affecting the revisit rate of consumers to tea tourism in Nyingchi,so as to provide data support for optimizing the integrated development mode of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi.Finally,suggestions are made for the integrated development mode of tea tourism industry in Linzhi City.According to the factors influencing tourists’ revisit rate,it was found that five factors,namely transportation,gender,publicity and promotion satisfaction,professionalism of service personnel and satisfaction of tea tourism projects,were the key factors affecting whether tourists came to Nyingchi again for tea tourism.This shows that the main problems in the integration mode of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi City are inconvenient transportation,low publicity and promotion,low specialization of personnel engaged in tea tourism services,relatively single entertainment projects involved in tea tourism,and relatively low level of integration of tea tourism industry.Then,according to the factors affecting the probability of tourists to revisit and the preferences of tourists on the integrated development model of tea tourism industry analyzed in the questionnaire,the optimization of the integrated development model of tea tourism is carried out.Therefore,under the guidance of the government,tea tourism in Nyingchi City should improve infrastructure construction,increase publicity,explore highly distinctive boutique routes,deeply explore Tibetan tea culture,actively build villages and towns with famous tea characteristics,and assume the main responsibility of enterprises to develop and explore a new development model of tea tourism integration,so that enterprises and the government can jointly promote the development of tea tourism.Actively exploring the continuous transformation and upgrading of the tea tourism industry development model in Nyingchi City,this research promotes the development of characteristic industries in Nyingchi City,Tibet,and deeply explores the unique folk customs and historical and cultural heritage of Tibet,which has very important practical significance and value for the economic development and improvement of people’s livelihood in Nyingchi City,Tibet.The tea industry and tourism complement each other,the tea industry provides material resources for the tourism industry,the development of tourism can bring consumers to the tea industry,promote the healthy and rapid development of the tea industry,and integrate the tea tourism industry.
