China's Industrial Integration Of The Path And Countermeasures

This paper targets at the topic which is a hot but rarely studied one called the Industry Integration. With the surging development of China's and Global economy, the industry integration is playing an increasingly important role in the process of economy development which shouldn't be ignored.The development of China's industry integration is confronted with a bottleneck, reflected by a decline in average profit and a hard time of operation in most individual enterprises. In according with the course of industry development, we find that the only way out from the bottleneck is to integrate.Firstly, the paper explains the related definition of the industry integration and the economic theory for supporting the following research. Secondly, the paper introduces the status quo of our country industry development and the history of the industry integration. Thirdly, it analyzes the course of industry integration from the transverse and lengthways. Then, the forth part puts forward to the countermeasures on industry integration from the view of government and corporation.The industry integration is conductive for the development of national economy and the economic globalization. However, this paper is only an objective and general analysis of the topic and maybe many mistakes involved. Further exploration is going on to put forward more constructive suggestions and countermeasures.
