Research On The Mode And Optimization Of Stakeholder’s Benefit Connection In Luzhou Modern Agricultural Industrial Park

The construction of modern agricultural industrial park will help China’s agriculture to embark on the road of modernization and sustainable development;It is helpful to promote the process of urban-rural integration in China,to strengthen the efficient use of rural land,to promote the balanced development of the region,and to promote the construction of new rural areas in China.In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was further proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development,and raise the agricultural power to an unprecedented level.The agricultural industrial park is an important starting point for realizing the agricultural power.In the process of building a modern industrial park,we need to pay attention to the friendship and connection mechanism of different stakeholders in order to better promote the developm ent of the park.This paper takes Luzhou modern agricultural park as the object,and studies the social connection of modern agricultural park from the perspective of interest connection.First of all,the current situation of interest connection of Luzhou modern agricultural park is analyzed.In Luzhou modern agricultural industrial park,most of them adopt the cooperative mode of order agriculture,and some adopt the joint-stock cooperative mode.Farmers can obtain additional income through different ways such as orders,shares and employees.At the same time,the park provides interest protection in terms of property rights.Through the development of the park economy,the income of farmers and enterprises has been increased.Secondly,based on the theory of stakeholders,questionnaires were constructed and carried out for enterprises,cooperatives and farmers in the modern agricultural park.Third,based on the results of the questionnaire survey of different stakeholders,the paper summarizes the problems in the interest connection of Luzhou modern agricultural park.Based on the analysis of questionnaire data of different stakeholders,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the interest connection of Luzhou modern agricultural park,such as the weak development foundation of interest connection,the lack of tight type of interest connection,the imperfect interest distribution mechanism and the lack of effective guarantee of interest connection.Fourth,put forward suggestions to optimize the interest connection between Luzhou agricultural park and farmers,mainly including improving the interest connection foundation of the park,innovating the interest connection mode to enhance the closeness of interest connection,enriching the interest distribution mechanism and making the result distribution fair,and improving the interest protection mechanism to restrict the behavior of all stakeholders.The research of this paper will help to further improve the interest linkage mechanism of Luzhou modern agricultural park,promote the development of modern agricultural park.
