The Theory And Practice Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Park Plainning

As a traditional agricultural country, Chinese traditional agriculture industry structure is dominated by farming. Its agricultural products are low in technology and less in quality, both the brand and quality of agricultural products are less. What’s worse, the regional advantages cannot be fully displayed with the same planting varieties. However, Construction of agricultural industrial park will give full pay to the characteristics of the agricultural structure, and improve the competitiveness of agricultural industrialization. Currently, modern agricultural industrial park has achieved initial success since, and people also realize that modern agricultural industrial park has brought the economic benefits to the local. At the same time, some urgent problems are exposed to be handled and solved. Therefore, the study of modern agricultural industrial park on the healthy development is very necessary. In the above research background, the aim of this paper is to explore the development directions and way to design of modern agricultural industrial park.Firstly, we introduce the concept of agriculture industrial park from the macro trend in agricultural development by PEST analysis. Based on the full understanding of domestic and international modern agricultural park theory, this research sorts out overall situation of modern agricultural park at home and abroad.; we put forward the future direction of park development, including the circular agriculture, intelligent agriculture, the new factory farming, to realize the generation of economic, social and environmental benefits.Secondly, on the basis of park planning principles, and combining with sustainable development theory, circular economy theory, tourism theory, information theory and the green agriculture industry theory. We explore the ideas of agricultural industrial park planning, combine with the integration of four aspects of industrial planning, land planning, landscape ecological planning and resource recycling planning, which is a new idea of composite dynamic development.Finally, two cases study on planning and designing of Wuxi Orient pastoral and Huaihua modern mountain agricultural industrial park are carried out. We analyzed and application studied the idea, theory and method of the park planning, and gave a brief summary of differences in the agricultural industrial park planning between the plain and mountain. Through case study, we expected to stimulate thoughts and serve as reference to the construction and planning of agricultural industrial park planning.
