Study On The Construction Of Rural Collective Assets Corporation Operation Mechanism

Developing and expanding the new-type rural collective economy is an important way to fully revitalize rural idle assets,promote the steady growth of rural income and common prosperity.It is an inevitable choice to integrate social funds,talents and rural resources.It is a major decision and plan made by the Party and the state to realize agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization under the new historical background.At present,rural areas in less developed areas are faced with problems such as lack of resources and assets,weak rural organization,and difficulty in effectively connecting with the market economy.If these problems are not solved,it will be impossible to realize rural modernization,highquality rural development and increase of farmers’ income.In this context,some less developed areas have explored the organizational form of collective assets operation as a company,which can undertake foreign funds and resources and increase the organizational capacity of rural economic development in less developed areas.At the same time,they solve the problem of how to connect with the market economy as market players,which is an innovative organizational form for the development and expansion of collective economy.It is a realistic choice on a situation in our country,but also the important motivation to safeguard farmers’ rights and interests,increase farmers’ property income,promote collective autonomy and promote farmers’ happiness index.This paper starts from the perspective of realizing the form of rural collective economy and takes the corporatization operation of rural collective assets as the research object.Five methods,including literature review method,field investigation method,statistical analysis method,case analysis method and qualitative research method,are adopted.Based on the realistic background of using collective assets operation companies to realize the development and expansion of collective economy in underdeveloped areas,combined with the existing theoretical research,the motivation analysis and feasibility analysis of the operation of rural collective assets corporation are
