With China’s reform and opening deepening, the rapid increase in demand for energy the whole society, the energy issue has become an important factor holding back economic development. Automotive industry as one of the pillar industry of China’s national economy, the automotive industry has been widespread concern energy conservation issues. Currently, the traditional development path "market for technology" Chinese automobile industry has emerged drawbacks, there has been a path-dependent features, seriously hampered China’s automobile manufacturing enterprises to carry out energy-saving work, automobile manufacturing enterprise energy path to get rid of path dependence dilemma, we must identify the underlying causes of the formation of path dependence, seize the weak link, depending on the path from the path toward creating, reversing a long-term path dependent fundamentally locked.Firstly, through literature research, and corporate energy path dependence theory of the sort; then, through the development process of automobile manufacturers, the main problems in China’s automobile manufacturing enterprise energy exists, but also the use of end-use energy consumption model for the automotive industry to predict the energy consumption; secondly, through energy conservation case studies, analyze the impact of automobile manufacturing enterprise of energy saving factor mechanism of action, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the car manufacture of various energy-saving factors impact the enterprise, and summed up the automobile manufacturing enterprise energy path possible; then studied the path dependence of the automotive industry as well as the formation of path dependence in the energy reflected path, and then analyzes the automobile manufacturing enterprises effects and produce energy-efficient path-dependent internal and external reasons; secondly based on the path dependence and causes, the establishment of corporate saving route choice models, mainly through a correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the internal path dependence the reason of the constituent elements and the relationship between corporate energy saving path effects and analyze two models depend on the characteristics of the path through the gray correlation analysis between the performance of energy intensity and energy consumption were analyzed for energy dependence of the elements path by analyzing the path the extent of the impact, identify the key elements of the underlying causes of path dependence and performance, identifying energy-critical path, and select the model empirical research and quantitative calculations through energy path, the path of saving the classification and selection. Finally, based on the energy-saving path selection for major automobile manufacturers of energy-saving issues currently exist for each energy-saving path proposed specific measures, China’s automobile manufacturing companies the ability to improve and optimize the energy saving recommendations.
