| With the development of Internet Finance and the continuous changes in the financial market,the most obvious thing is that some bank customers have undergone new changes in their behavioral habits and needs.The working mode and related concepts of traditional commercial bank branches need further reform and improvement.Traditional commercial banks are being impacted by Internet finance.In this process,due to the backwardness of the business and service model of Bank Z,and the mismatch between the customer’s financial needs and the development of the outlets,the customer’s satisfaction with the outlets was reduced,and the development of the outlets was not ideal.Therefore,only by transforming and upgrading the outlets,can the outlets respond to the changes in the current financial environment with a new look in the current Internet financial era and meet their own needs for better development.In this context,this paper explores the branch reform plan of Z Bank Branch,with the aim of promoting the transformation of the branch from a trading operation center to a marketing service center,helping branch employees improve their work performance,and thereby improving the branch’s marketing service ability and market competitiveness.By analyzing the questionnaire data and combining the author’s own work experience,this paper aims to analyze the current service situation of S branch of Agricultural Bank of China and explore its causes.On this basis,combined with the theory of network upgrading and the successful experience of bank transformation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the scheme and strategy of network transformation of S branch,fully promotes the network upgrading and transformation,and promotes the improvement of network efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness.Through the questionnaire survey on the customer satisfaction of the bank outlets of S branch,the data show the existing problems of S branch which consists of poor business experience,unreasonable functional partition,irrational division of labor and the trail of marketing service.Combined with the actual work experience,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and discusses the reasons for the current problems of S branch which mainly contains unclear positioning of networks,complex business process,substandard comprehensive qualities of employee,incomplete performance assess.In view of these reasons,combined with relevant theories and drawing on the successful experience of domestic and foreign banks,this paper formulates a transformation plan suitable for S branch from two aspects: the transformation of “hardware” and “software”.The former includes that plan the layout of outlets reasonably and optimize the functional zoning of outlets;the later includes transformation of service mode,marketing mode and management mode.The research results show that in order to improve the market competitiveness and marketing service ability of S Branch of Bank Z,it is necessary to formulate a transformation plan that matches its development.All branches of the bank should carry out the transformation work synchronously according to the plan,so as to improve the customer service level and marketing level of outlets,enhance the overall operation ability of outlets,and make full use of Internet finance to serve customers well and develop outlets well. |
