Research On The Adaptability Formation Conditions Of High Tech Industrial Cluster Innovation Chain Based On Hypernetworks

As China enters a critical period of economic transformation and development,developing high-tech industrial clusters has become the core national strategy to promote regional development and industrial transformation and upgrading.However,from the perspective of the current domestic high-tech industrial clusters’ practical achievements,the problems such as chain fragmentation and low-end lock-in of the value chain remain unresolved.The reason lies in the unsustainable innovation and insufficient dynamic adaptability of high-tech industrial clusters under exogenous shocks.The root cause lies in the insufficient coupling and adaptability between the innovation function carrier and the main body of the innovation chain,and the inability to adapt under the pressure of globalization and trade disputes,Realize the high-end development of high-tech industrial clusters.Therefore,building a highly adaptable innovation chain for high-tech industrial clusters is particularly crucial in promoting the development of high-tech industrial clusters.So how is the adaptability of the innovation chain of high-tech industrial clusters formed? How can adaptive development be achieved? The answer to these questions is the key to make adaptive adjustments to the innovation chain of high-tech industrial clusters to alleviate or adapt to global change and promote the high-end development of high-tech industrial clusters.This thesis,based on extensive literature review and existing research,focuses on the issue of the formation conditions for the adaptability of the innovation chain of high-tech industrial clusters,and comprehensively uses methods such as literature analysis,hypernetworks,and simulations to conduct research.Firstly,this thesis draws on the research experience and relevant theories of previous scholars on cluster innovation chain and its adaptability,and defines the concept and connotation of high-tech industry cluster innovation chain and its adaptability.Secondly,based on the theory of hypernetworks,the adaptability system of high-tech industry cluster innovation chain is deconstructed,and an adaptive hypernetwork model is constructed.The formation process of high-tech industry cluster innovation chain adaptability is explained from the perspective of hypernetworks,and the relationship between the equilibrium solution of the hypernetwork adaptability model and the formation of adaptive hypernetworks is analyzed.Once again,using variational inequalities to obtain the equilibrium solution of the adaptive hypernetwork model,the formation conditions of the adaptive hypernetwork are obtained,providing a basis for guiding the establishment of a highly adaptable high-tech industrial cluster innovation chain.In addition,this thesis will analyze through simulation examples to confirm the rationality and effectiveness of the conditions for the formation of high-tech industry cluster innovation chain adaptability.At the same time,it will further explore the impact of different network flows and subject preferences on the formation of high-tech industry cluster innovation chain adaptability super network,providing a basis for guiding the construction of high-tech industry clusters with high adaptability.Finally,based on research results,analyze the current situation of high-tech industry cluster innovation and propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of industry cluster innovation.
