Research On The Innovation Mechanism Of High-tech Industrial Cluster

Since second half of the 20th century, the knowledge economy has got an unprecedented development, the globalization tendency was more obvious, and the international competition sharpens day by day. In order to seize the commanding point of global competition, countries and regions all over the world regard High-tech industry as the national strategic industry to support and develop in particular. And in order to promote the industrialization of High-tech and transform the superiority of high tech into the economy, countries are exploring effective way, and it is an effectual route to develop duster of high-tech industry. Therefore, it is of great importance for the explanation of the innovation mechanism of the High-tech industrial cluster. The innovation mechanism of High-tech Industrial cluster is analyzed and discussed from the perspective of innovation network and technological learning in this study, the main contents are listed as follows:Firstly, this study mairdy launch the review around network theory, study theory and relevant views of the technological innovation theory, in order to clear the inherit, perfect and extend connection between this study and the existing theories through the analysis of the development course, actuality and the development direction of the relevant theory, which build the base of constructing the frame of innovation mechanism of High-tech industry cluster on the basis of innovation network and technological learning.Secondly, combining existing research results, the theoretical model of this study is set up based on the connotation analysis and dimensionality of High-tech industry cluster enterprise innovative network, technological learning, and the theoretical hypotheses is proposed through the analysis of interactive relationship among innovation network, technological learning, and innovation performance of the enterprises in High-tech industrial clusters.Thirdly, the method of structural equation model is adopted to estimate, examine, revise and adjust the theoretical model constructed by collecting data of enterprises of 3 major industries cluster in Dalian High-tech Industrial Zone. The function mechanism among the innnvation network, technological learning and innovation performance of enterprises in high-tech industrial duster is explained after the establishment of final theoretical model.Fourthly, based on the study of the theoretical model, the evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of enterprise in high-tech industry cluster including 5 first class; indexes, 13 second class index and 33 third class index is constructed combining niche theory, and the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal mode/ is also constructed. Then, Dasen Numerical Controlled Development Company, which is the key enterprise of the digital equipment industrial cluster in Dalian High-tech industrial zone, is choose to be appraised.
