Research On The Influence Of Material Basic Elements Of International Logistics On The Export Of Agricultural Products In Guangdong Province

Since the “Belt and Road” Initiative(BRI)was put forward,the export trade of agricultural products in Guangdong Province has ushered in new development opportunities,and the agricultural products have a broader prospect of going abroad and going to the world.Among the many factors affecting the export of agricultural products,international logistics,as an important channel for the circulation of agricultural products,plays a very key role in the type and quality of international logistics elements.The academic circle generally divides international logistics elements into general elements,functional elements,supporting elements and material basic elements,and believes that the impact of material basic elements on the export of agricultural products is very important.Guangdong Province has a good foundation for the construction of material basic elements of international logistics,which has strongly promoted the development of agricultural product export trade.It is still necessary to solve the shortcomings and constraints of the material basic elements in Guangdong province.As a large province of agricultural products export trade,the material basic elements that Guangdong province relies on have the function of interactively carrying domestic and international trade.This paper uses literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,theoretical and empirical analysis and other research methods.The literature,concepts and theoretical basis related to international logistics and agricultural trade are sorted out.Based on the analysis of the material basic elements of international logistics and the status quo of agricultural products export in Guangdong Province,the paper expounds the influence mechanism of material basic elements of international logistics on agricultural products export in Guangdong Province.The empirical research selects the panel data(420 samples)of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province from 2001 to 2020 to carry out the fixed effect regression of the whole and sub-samples.The results show that the material basic elements of international logistics play a significant role in promoting the export of agricultural products in Guangdong Province.Among the indexes affected by the material basic elements of international logistics,the number of trucks has the greatest influence,followed by the volume of post and telecommunications business,port cargo throughput and cargo turnover;The volume of post and telecommunications services in the PRD region has the most significant impact on agricultural exports,the number of trucks in the eastern wing and mountainous areas has the greatest impact on agricultural exports,and the port cargo throughput in the western wing region has a significant role in promoting agricultural exports.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper include:(1)Increase the number of logistics transportation means and enhance the transportation capacity of agricultural products;(2)Improve the level of logistics informatization and improve the efficiency of agricultural products logistics;(3)Optimize infrastructure construction and create a good logistics environment;(4)Give full play to regional comparative advantages and jointly build agricultural products logistics system;(5)Develop the export market of agricultural products and expand the scale of export trade;(6)Increase trade policy support and create a favorable environment for development.
