Efficient warehouse operation needs reasonable storage strategy,scientific and reasonable warehouse layout can effectively shorten the outbound chosen distance,reduce duplication of work times,reduce unnecessary work,,improve the efficiency of warehouse operations of the company as a whole.The paper based on warehousing department of A company as the research object,through analyzing the current situation of warehousing department found A company warehouse on the following problems: firstly,the functional layout is unreasonable which causes the long transport distance and the transport path.Besides,it is also causes the low warehouse space utilization rate.The company directly puts the product on the ground causes the products have no fixed position.It is unable to realize "housekeeping" management of products,the delivery process is redundant and it is difficult to find the product quickly,the long founding time is serious influence the whole shipping process and warehouse operation efficiency.Three,the company wants to introduce the RFID technology to improve supply chain logistics system,but the traditional warehouse management model is still exist in the warehouse,so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of basic information and optimize the present situation of storage system and prepare for the introduction of RFID technology.The paper is based on the method of SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)and EIQ-ABC to planning the A company warehouse Layout.The purpose is to improve the function layout and shorten the transport distance,at the same time statistically analysis the current delivery situation,through of analyzing product delivery orders,product items,product delivery quantity is to find out the product delivery characteristics and classify the product to ABC.The next step is fix storage area for different types of products.The sort of A product have the big amount shipment and the rapid delivery frequency,so it is will be lay at the area of most close to the export,the sort of B product will be lay at the B area where near the export,the sort of C products because the small shipments quantity and the little delivery frequency will be lay at the area where most far away from the export.According to the product storage space and turnover of order volume index(Cube-Per-Order Index,COI value).In accordance with the values of product's COI index and each goods allocation's Manhattan distance to the delivery point for distributing each goods allocation.It is priority for A regional distribution of A product distribute position,The smaller of the product's COI index,the closer to the delivery point,the bigger of the product's COI index,the more far to the delivery point.It is can shorten the product delivery founding time and transport distance,it is can realize storage layout optimization,improve warehouse space utilization,improve storage efficiency,basis for the introduction of RFID technology.
