Research On Evaluation Of Regional Logistics Capability

With the advancement of economic globalization and information technology,China’s e-commerce platform has developed rapidly.As the "third profit source",the logistics industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy.In view of the importance of the development of logistics industry,the state has formulated relevant policies to promote the rapid development of regional logistics.And each region must be more clearly aware of its own regional logistics capacity status,in order to better integrate policies and develop regional economy rapidly.Based on the existing relevant literature,the latest national policies and the trend of international environmental logistics,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of regional logistics capacity from six levels: regional economic foundation,regional logistics infrastructure,regional logistics demand,regional information level,regional scientific and technological talents,and regional logistics green development.After analyzing and explaining the six first level indicators,it is refined into a total of 20 second level indicators to improve the regional logistics capability evaluation indicator system.On this basis,take Anhui Province as an example to conduct empirical analysis on regional logistics capacity.The VIKOR method was used to collect and sort out the data of 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020.The time and space dimensions were used to evaluate and analyze the regional logistics development level of Anhui Province in recent years.It was found that the logistics capacity of Anhui Province was in an increasing trend in recent ten years,but the benefit ratio Q value was the lowest in 2016.According to the analysis of 16 prefecture level cities,Hefei ranks first in the comprehensive ranking,while Wuhu City,ranking second,still lags behind Fuyang City,ranking third.There is a large space for Anhui Province to improve its regional logistics capacity.After empirical analysis by VIKOR method,in order to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics efficiency,so as to improve regional logistics capability and regional economic development,this paper still takes Anhui Province as an example,and uses DEA-BCC model to establish an input-output index system to analyze Anhui’s comprehensive logistics efficiency from five perspectives.According to the empirical analysis,it is concluded that logistics infrastructure and scientific and technological talents have the greatest impact on logistics efficiency,Green logistics development is also one of the focuses of sustainable logistics development.For the above objective empirical results,for each problem,this paper gives relevant suggestions one by one through the actual social status and development policies,providing reference value for promoting the overall development of regional logistics.Figure 8 Table 19 Reference 82...
