The mechanization of agricultural production has become the foundation of promoting agricultural production and modernization.Since my country’s deepening of agricultural reforms and the continuous opening of the agricultural machinery market,my country’s agricultural machinery market has gradually developed from scratch,from weak to strong.In the recent period,the number of domestic agricultural machinery has increased,and the market consumer demand for agricultural machinery products has also seen a significant decline,and the downward pressure on the agricultural machinery product industry is also increasing.From the analysis of the internal market competition environment of the agricultural machinery industry,there are currently many low-end and small-scale traditional agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises in my country,with obvious overcapacity and serious homogeneity between enterprises,but the existing high-end manufacturing enterprises lack independent core technology In addition,various large-scale foreign agricultural machinery companies invaded the Chinese market,leading to a gradual increase in the pressure of competition within the industry.Since 2016,my country’s agricultural machinery industry has shown a downward trend due to the introduction of policies such as the decline in the price of food on the market,the reduction of subsidies for the agricultural machinery industry,and the state’s mandatory suspension of the production and sale of non-road mobile machinery for second-stage diesel engines.HY Agricultural Machinery is a leading domestic enterprise specializing in the production of agricultural machinery parts(tractor lifting devices),and the first listed company in the subdivision of agricultural machinery parts in China.However,because the internal and external environments that companies need to face are becoming more and more complex,their current competitive strategies can no longer be well adapted to the current market competition environment,and their future development strategic goals cannot match each other.How can they be in the market? Standing firm,continuing to lead the country’s agricultural machinery product industry,expanding its competitive advantage,getting rid of the existing low value-added production and business model,and tailoring a competitive strategy for the enterprise are the most important problems currently faced by HY Agricultural Machinery Company.This article takes HY Agricultural Machinery Company as the main research object,and on the basis of summarizing and combing the company’s existing competitive strategies and theoretical methods,it introduces the current situation of HY Agricultural Machinery Company,using literature analysis and comparative analysis.Methods such as comprehensive summary of the existing problems,and then use SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix to analyze qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation of the company’s development strategy,select a competitive strategy suitable for enterprise development,and propose enterprise development safeguard measures based on the content of the competitive strategy.Through the research of this paper,the application of the agricultural machinery industry in the field of competitive strategy theory is further enriched,and at the same time,it can bring certain enlightenment to the competitive strategy selection of similar enterprises.
