Research On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Holistic Tourism And Rural Revitalization In Wushi County,Xin Jiang

As the leading "happiness industry",tourism not only represents the improvement of people’s quality of life,but also reflects their deep-seated aspiration for a better life.In view of this,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has put forward the development strategy of "holistic tourism" from a forward-looking perspective and elevated it to the core development concept of tourism during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.This strategy proposes to treat the holistic destination as a whole scenic spot from a macro perspective,so as to achieve the coordinated progress of the economy and society through the driving force of tourism.The promotion of the "holistic tourism" strategy has formed an organic integration with the current rural revitalization strategy.Among them,holistic tourism,as an important regulator,plays a key role in rural economic revival and social development.And the "rural revitalization " strategy has created a complete infrastructure and high-quality social service environment for tourism throughout the region.The interaction and cooperation between the two forms a highly complementary system,which is a strong guarantee for the rapid development of the regional tourism economy.Based on this background,this project takes Wushi County as the research object,selects the relevant indicators and establishes the corresponding evaluation system based on the systematic review of relevant literature,and adopts the entropy method to measure the development level from 2012 to 2022,and analyses its changing characteristics.Based on this,a coupling and coordination model is established to measure and analyze the degree of coupling and coordination between holistic tourism and rural revitalization.On the basis of summarizing the conclusions of the full paper,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)There is a significant coupling between the holistic tourism system and the rural revitalization system in Wushi County,and they are interdependent and mutually constrained,forming a symbiotic relationship.(2)In the past ten years,the comprehensive development level of holistic tourism and rural revitalization in Wushi County has shown a positive growth trend.(3)The degree of coupling between the whole holistic system and Wushi County’s rural revitalization system is maintained,but the degree of coupling and coordination is increasing year by year,indicating that the mutual relationship between the two systems is gradually moving towards harmony.(4)In view of the problems existing in the coordinated development of holistic tourism and rural revitalization in Wushi County,it is proposed to stimulate endogenous impetus and promote coordinated development;quality development,enhance cultural driving force;improve support facilities and strengthen infrastructure construction;strengthen environmental governance and improve rural ecological environment;strengthen government guidance and strengthen coupling development impetus;promote in-depth integration of regional tourism and rural revitalization.
