Study On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Rural Tourism And Rural Revitalization In Guizhou Province

Rural tourism and rural revitalization are closely related and interact with each other.As the main driving force for promoting rural revitalization and development,rural tourism has played a key role in stimulating the development potential of rural tourism,activating rural idle resources,optimizing rural industrial structure,and promoting farmers’ income growth.As a guiding document for rural tourism,rural revitalization plays a normative and leading role in the development of rural tourism.Under the background of vigorously advocating the development of rural tourism and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,how to achieve the coupling and coordinated development of rural tourism and rural revitalization is a practical issue.Based on the actual development of Guizhou Province,this paper defines relevant concepts and theories,and comprehensively and systematically analyzes the current development situation of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Guizhou Province through literature research and investigation.Using research methods such as document method,interpolation method,entropy method,and other research methods,it constructs an evaluation index system to calculate the development level of rural tourism and rural revitalization in nine cities in Guizhou Province.Secondly,using the coupling coordination model and obstacle degree model,the paper analyzes the coupling and coordinated development status,types of synchronous development,and obstacle degree factors affecting the coupling and coordinated development of rural tourism and rural revitalization in 9 cities in Guizhou Province.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results and the current situation of rural tourism and rural revitalization development in nine cities in Guizhou Province,the nine cities in Guizhou Province are divided into four types: H-H-H,M-H-M,M-M-M,and L-L-L,and on this basis,the development path to promote a more benign interaction between rural tourism and rural revitalization in various cities in Guizhou Province is proposed.The research shows that:(1)The comprehensive development level of rural tourism and rural revitalization: From 2011 to 2020,the overall level of rural tourism and rural revitalization in nine cities in Guizhou Province showed a fluctuating upward trend: Guiyang had the highest level of rural tourism development,and Zunyi had the highest level of rural revitalization development.(2)The coupling degree:From 2011 to 2020,the coupling degree of the four prefecture-level cities of Guiyang,Qiandongnan,Qiannan,and Tongren was above 0.9,This indicates that the interaction between the two systems of rural tourism and rural revitalization in the four regions of Guizhou Province from 2011 to 2020 is strong,and the two systems are in a high-level coupling stage.(3)Coupling coordination: From 2011 to 2020,from a horizontal perspective,the coupling coordination level of 9 cities in Guizhou Province is divided into five types: high-quality coordination,intermediate coordination,reluctant coordination,near imbalance-mild imbalance,and moderate imbalance-severe imbalance;From a longitudinal perspective,the overall coupling coordination degree of nine cities in Guizhou Province showed a fluctuating downward trend from2011 to 2020.(4)Type of synchronous development: From 2011 to 2020,only Guiyang City in Guizhou Province belonged to the type of synchronous development of rural tourism and rural revitalization,while Tongren,Zunyi,Anshun,Liupanshui,Bijie,Qiandongnan,Qiannan,and Qianxinan all belonged to the type of lagging rural tourism development.(5)The main obstacle factors for the coordinated development of rural tourism and rural vibration in Guizhou Province: The main obstacle factor for the development of rural tourism in 9 cities in Guizhou Province from 2011 to 2020 is the proportion of people engaged in tourism services,and the main obstacle factor for rural revitalization and development is the per capita annual income of rural households.
