| The rapid development of the information age and the increasing popularity of internet technology have led manufacturing enterprises to face the crisis of intelligent transformation.Big data,as an important form of information resource,has attracted widespread attention from academia and enterprises.Effective big data management capabilities can ensure the effective collection,analysis,and utilization of data to better support enterprise decision-making and strategic formulation,thereby affecting enterprise performance.Therefore,how to transform manufacturing enterprises and make a qualitative leap in their supply chain has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.In this context,this thesis studies the impact of supply chain agility and supply chain innovation on manufacturing enterprise performance based on informatization,and discusses the mesomeric effect of big data management capability.Firstly,this article introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the relevant research on the impact of big data management capabilities,informatization,supply chain agility,and supply chain innovation on manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the current research status at home and abroad,and comments on it.It elaborates on the research framework of this article,laying the foundation for the research ideas of the entire article;Secondly,by applying RBT based IT capability theory,dynamic theory,innovation theory,and resource based theory,the concepts of big data management capability,information management elements,supply chain agility,supply chain innovation,and manufacturing enterprise performance will be introduced from the aspects of content,role,development,and characteristics,providing theoretical support for the proposal of subsequent research hypotheses;Thirdly,based on literature review,elaborate on the impact of big data management capabilities on manufacturing enterprise performance under informatization,propose research hypotheses,and construct a theoretical model;Fourthly,through questionnaire design,scale selection,and data collection,data is preprocessed,including common method bias testing,reliability and validity testing,hypothesis testing,and multiple regression analysis to test the mediating effect of big data management ability.Based on the research results,discussions are conducted;Finally,based on the analysis results,propose countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: enterprise big data management capabilities,supply chain digital management,and information sharing mechanisms.The research results indicate that information sharing and big data technology capabilities have a significant positive impact on supply chain agility and innovation,while information quality has a significant positive impact on supply chain innovation;Both supply chain agility and innovation have a significant positive impact on enterprise performance,with big data management capabilities playing a partial mediating role;Compared to supply chain agility,supply chain innovation has a more significant impact on enterprise performance.Therefore,managers should tend to focus on the innovative development of the supply chain and make favorable decisions.This study provides certain reference and inspiration for the innovative practice of supply chain in Chinese manufacturing enterprises driven by informatization. |
