Research on the Improvement with Employee Satisfaction in Shijiazhuang Sobo Commercial Co. Ltd. is a manufacturer of producing and supplying a wide range of products, including glass wool, Rock wool and NBR foam Insulation and Aluminum Foil heat insulation, for both domestic and foreign markets more than 25 countries over 20 years. Currently, the issues related to the employee satisfaction have become one of the challenges the company faces.This thesis consists of 6 chapters. At the very first introduction of the thesis, after brief introduction to the Sobo Company, the objectives, significance, methodology of the work are described. In the second chapter, literatures related to human resource management, employee satisfaction, SWOT analysis are reviewed. In the third chapter, the issues of the employee satisfaction in the Sobo Company are described. In the fourth chapter, the influential factors and the improvement on the employee satisfaction are quantitatively analyzed by using SPSS. According to the results of the analysis, salary and motivation factors play vital role in satisfying employees. Most male employees feel that paternity leave has to be extended. Employees at Sobo Company expect to have some training regarding safety and security. Most employees are very neutral about the disciplinary act and punishments of the organization. In the fifth chapter, the solution and the results of improving the employee satisfaction in the Sobo Company are presented. Conclusions are provided in the sixth chapter.In this thesis paper we can find that salary, benefits and motivational factors play vital role in satisfying employees, employees at Sobo Company are agreed to have some training regarding safety and security, and changes like satisfaction level of entire environment and factors that link mostly to employee satisfaction have a positive impact on Sobo Company.
