In this dissertation, the changing and transferring regularity of chlorine in the co-pyrolysis process of coal and waste plastic (WP) was studied. The fixed bed reactor was used in the process of experiment. And the model about the regularity was founded by analyzing the experimental date. The result indicates that the distribution quantity of chlorine in co-pyrolysis products is relevant to the time of constant temperature, heating rate, flowing velocity of gas and the percent of WP. When the co-pyrolysis temperature is at 1000℃, the distribution percent of chlorine in coke is decreasing with the increase of the percent of WP, heating rate, flowing velocity of gas and time of constant temperature, but the distribution percent of chlorine in tar and gas are decreasing with the increase of them. When the time of constant temperature is over 80min, the heating rate is over 12℃.min-1, the flowing velocity of gas is over 4.3×10-2m.s-1, remains quantity of chlorine in coke is very low and the decrease of chlorine in coke is not marked, the increase of chlorine in tar and gas is also not marked. The occurrence of chlorine in the solid products from co-pyrolysis of coal and waste plastic was studied by IR, TG-MS. The experimental result indicates that when co-pyrolysis temperature is under 600℃, there are some organic as well as inorganic chlorine compounds in coke, when co-pyrolysis temperature is above 600℃, there are only inorganic chlorine compounds in coke. In addition, the emission characteristic of those solid products during combustion was studied. The emission ratio of chlorine is relative to combustion temperature, the co-pyrolysing temperature as well as the percent of WP. The emission ratio of chlorine is increasing with the combustion temperature rising. The compositions of tar and gas from co-pyrolysis of coal and waste plastic as well as the occurrence of chlorine in them was studied by IR, GC-MS and Ionic chromatogram. And the mechanism and regularity of chlorine transferring to tar and gas was studied, the method controlling chlorine in tar and gas was put forward.
