The Experimental Study Of The Relationship Between The Different Herb Compatibilities Of Xiaochaihu Tang And Different Effects

Aim: To take the Chinese medicine clinic experience and compatibility theory of formulaology as the background of this thesis. To explore the assumption that "different herb compatibilities of Xiaochaihu Tang(XCHT) is pertinent to their different drug effects. This is, XCHT may have different best herb compatibility in different drug effect condition" according to the main diseases XCHT can treat in modern clinic and the positive pharmacological action at present, then to explore the relationship between the different herb compatibilities of XCHT and the effects of defervescing, anti-inflammation and protecting liver that relate to the function of treating shaoyang diseases by mediation. To review the pertinence between the herb compatibilities of bupleurum-scutellaria(treating shaoyang disease by mediation), pinellia-fresh ginger(regulating the stomach to arresting vomiting), ginseng-licorice-Chinese dates (invigorating qi and strengthen genuine energy) in XCHT, XCHT and different drug effect index through the separating recipe study way of thought that different models referenced each other, it's combined in vivo and in vitro, different pharmacological action was compared from microcosmos and macrocosmos, from different aspects of joint decoction and mixture of couple herbs decoctions of XCHT; drug effects of different herb compatibilities of XCHT, mechanism of effective compatibility.There are two parts of this thesis. The clinic and pharmacological progress were summarized. As a whole, XCHT are commonly used to treat modern diseases such as fever, acute and chronic bronchitis, pleuritis, acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis of liver, gastritis, tumor, etc. The original recipe is often used in Japan. The mediation of the recipe is often used in our country, the core of this mediation is bupleurum and scutellaria.
