| Based on measurement of distance of bone structure of skull base and analysis of record from endoscopic endonasal skull base surgery in 104 cases, the bone structure of skull base as anatomic landmark is evaluated during endoscopic endonasal skull base surgery. The clinical endoscopic combined cranionasal approach, endonasal infratemporal and petroclival approach, endonasal cavernous sinus approach in surgery for skull base tumor were reviewed. The detailed surgical technique and perioperative treatment was described.Solutions presented in this thesis can be summarized as follows:1 , The parameater of bone structure of skull base has value in judgment of surgical extent. The relationship between three dimension structure of bone of skull base can identify the surgical process and reached anatomic region.2, Middle nasal turbinate, ethmoidal bulla, optical canal process, internal carotid canal process, pterygoid process and pharyngeal recess is important anatomic landmark in endoscopic endonasal surgery.3 , Endoscopic endonasal skull base surgery is effective, safely and mini-invasive approach for treatment for tumor of infratemporal fossa, petroclival and cavernous sinus.4 , Endoscopic combined cranionasal approach is suited for treatmen of tumor involving ethmoid sinus, sphenoid sinus, petorclival, foramen magnum, atlas, dentate, infratemporal fossa and... |
