Uloma is an important group of arboreal darkling beetles, belonging to the family Tenebrionidae. Uloma from China was systematically researched for the first time in the paper. 350 illustrations, 199 photos of SEM, 81 color plates of adults and wings were provided. The paper is composed of 8 parts, which introduced the taxonomic status and distribution, classificatory background, biology and importance, materials and methods, morphological characters, discription, phylogenesis and distribution features. The partial ultrastructures of 1 larva and 6 adults were discribed according to the specimens of Uloma from China. And in the classificatory part, 36 species were recorded, documents and distribution of each species were listed, and the key to all species were given. During the study, 16 new species (6 species have been published) and 3 new record species to China were found, they are U. compressa sp. nov., U. intricornicula sp. nov., U. minuta sp. nov., U. longilineata sp. nov., U. reticulata sp. nov., U.quadratithorac sp. nov., U. biconcava sp. nov., U. integrimarginis sp. nov., U. contortimarginis sp. nov., U. undatidentata sp. nov.; U. latimanus Kolbe, 1886, U. kondoi Nakane, 1968 and U. contracta Fairmaire, 1882. Then the phylogenetic relationship and distribution features of the genus Uloma from China were analyzed briefly.
