Study On The Interpretation Of Remote Sensing And Database Creation Of The Second Land Survey

Taking the Xianghuang Banner as example, it describes the interpretation of remote sensing and database creation method on the second land survey in this paper.Firstly, it introduces the process of land-use vector files (point, line area) in the Xianghuang Banner, with the methods of the SPOT-5 orthophoto (DOM), and MAPGIS6.7 and ARCGIS and ERDAS, and compares the characters of interpretation, the results is that the interpretation of MAPGIS and ARCGIS is easy ,and the vector file which is formed by MAPGIS and ARCGIS is easy to topology and the quality in line with the national land second-transfer requests, but the ERDAS can't finish the interpretation work of points and lines independently.Secondly, it introduces the process of establishing the Xianghuang Banner's land-space databases, with the KqLandGIS software and MapGIS software, and compare the characters of KqLandGIS and MapGIS, the result is that, the software of KqLandGIS and MapGIS all can finish the work of land second-transfer, also both the KqLandGIS and MapGIS have their own characters, the KqLandGIS is good at operation and topology and check function and data compatibility, but slow in operation and not easy to grasp; the database of the MapGIS second land survey is simple in operation and the window interface is simple and easy to operate, however, the data compatibility and checking function is weak, and the data formats require multiple conversion topology. Finally, it summary on the findings of the second land survey in Xianghuang Banner, the results is that, the total land area is 7705903.05 acres, among which the farmland is 13904.55 acres, and the garden land is 705 acres, and the forest land is 636442.5 acres, which account for 8.25 percent of total farmland area, the grassland is 6786155.55 acres, the urban village and the mining land is 60099.45 acres, the transportation land is 20488.2 acres, water and water conservancy facilities land is 9511.2acrea, other land is 178596.6acres.,also it analysis on the change of the land usage structure.
