Research On The Control Technology Of The Automatic Hydraulic Straightening Machine

It is a universal problem that drill-pipes of oil field curveafter some times used, which cause a lot of losses of material andfinancial resources to every oil field . At present. in our country,there is not a kind of automatic hydraulic straightening machine. This pressing point kind of op-bending straightening machine has being used depending on the experiences and handworks of the operators, but its precise stroke of pressing down is very low and measure is out of focus. To improve the precision and the efficiency in straightening drill pipes, we make a research in the control system of the automatic hydraulic straightening machine. Primary research items are as follows:1. According to the load of the machine, we work out main parameters of hydraulic crock, choose the power of all electric machines for the straightening machine and protract the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system.2. According to the specialty of the straightening machine, we put forward a control scheme that suits to the system and complete the design of hardware circuit relying on the requirement of system function for the control system and protract the schematic diagram of the hardware circuit of the control system.3. A part of control system software which bases on VB has been completed .4. We analyze factors that cause the error during the process ofstraightening drill pipes and work out the approximate value of straightening error.
