The people have attached importance to the development of CNC system base-on PC, Since 1990 .The PC+NC control card is a kind of open CNC system ,the studying on it is the mainstream of CNC controller. But we have delayed in the technology of CNC and have no predominance in manpower -. material resources - experience in the development of close CNC system . It is important for us to research the open CNC system. Which make us in the same scratch line with the developed country. In order to catch hold of this opportunity, we must concentrate on applied software of CNC and design of interface card. In the 21st century, we can paddle on our own canoe to develop the industry of CNC system and have our own high-capability CNC system.The paper had analyzed the foundation of mathematic model of interpolation, introduced time - divided method to accomplish the operation of interpolation, By the PCL-832 servo control card, the movement is controlled, which makes the AC servo motor to work.The method of interpolation directly influence on the capability of CNC system. It is important for us to choice the method of interpolation. Which is key for the CNC system. By the design of method of interpolation, the paper demonstrated stability in the method of interpolation. Complied with its mathematic model, the paper write the flow chart, which make method of interpolation successful to apply in the computer.As a kind of servo control card, it is important for the PCL-832 card to compensate the error of position loop. The paper analyzed the function of PCL-832 card .In order to compensate the error, the program of interpolation directly modify the error, contain the library of PCL-832 card and program of servomotor.The movement is controlled by the PCL-832 card .The design of simple module is accomplished, which include PC , control card , servo driver , servo motor. The paper analyzed the method of movement controlled, validated the stability of line interpolation method, whichoffered some experience for the development of interpolation module and study in open CMC system.
