With the wide popularizing and application of the numerical control machine tools, numerical control operation technology is more and more important, and training system of numerical control operation appears with higher price and single function on markets, the training cost to be increased greatly. So, to develop the processing simulation platform with low costs and practical value will be promising and significance.Based on studying the existing numerical control carving machine and numerical control tools, the target of imitating the typical numerical control system FANUC have been made. We have put forward the overall scheme based on PC numerical control simulation platform, and have trial-produced.In hardware, designs and calculation of several important executives component included a worktable of Z direction micro-feeding system have been developed, such as strength analysis ,error analysis ,workperformance and precision analysis. The worktable of X, Y direction are bought from the Technics Equipment Manufactory of Nanjing. The control of the stepping motor are fulfilled by PC motion control card .In software, the composition and dataflow of CNC system mainly are introduced in this paper, compiling of numerical control code and driving of the stepping motor with motion control card (Including realization of interpolation and Cutter compensation) are studied in detail. The other functions such as the design of Timer, control method of the motion control card are still investigated in brief. Visual C ++6.0 and the method of OOP in Software Engineering with of Windows operating system have been applied.
