The crude unit is the first procedure of the oil refinering , which is one of the most important unit in the refinery .Oil outlet temperature control of furnace for crude unit is discussed .petroleum processing is introduced and the principle of the furnace is analyzes .the thesis set up a static model of optimal control for oil outlet temperature of furnace, from this model and heat equilibrium equation of the furnace ,the optimal algorithms of oil outlet temperature control of furnace is derived . a computerized supervise and control system is carried out. The experiment of putting this system in practical engineering shows that the proposed mathematical model is correct, the derived optimal algorithms are high efficient and the whole system works reliable and free from moderate interference.The furnace is taken up about 15% of general construction cost or more than of the cost the general equipments in the refinery's units. As a subsystem of optimized control system for whole plant, it's very important that the level of the furnace control is that important product quality and economic effectiveness and saving energy.
