Along with the rapid development of science and technology, China’s beer industry in equipment, control technology and product quality are a further improved; Especially the traditional control theory and optimization of automatic production in beer fermentation temperature control is comparatively mature the application. But comparing with the advanced technology, our beer production processes still have some shortcomings. Because the control technology of beer fermentation temperature has become more complex, the traditional control theory has show the limitation in the application and there are some problems in the traditional temperature controller, for example complicated structure, not easy to upgrade and low degree of automation. This paper according to the beer fermentation of problems puts forward a new control algorithm:fuzzy-neural network PID control algorithm which is to solve the problem of temperature control complex. The research and design of fuzzy neural network PID control-the temperature control virtual instrument in the Lab VIEW platform.Firstly aimed at the fermentation temperature control process’s large delay sexual, nonlinear, big degeneration and hard to set up when mathematical model and so on problem, this paper put forward a kind of hybrid intelligence control algorithm:fuzzy-neural network PID control algorithm which inherite three control algorithms, namely the fuzzy control, the neural network control, the advantages of the traditional PID control; Through the fuzzy control rapidly fit temperature control curve providing a good learning environment for neural network.By using the neural network change the PID three parameters after online learning so as to realize the PID self-setting. The advantages of this control algorithm are not only constitute a simple, small static error, dynamic response speed but also the ability to learn, etc.To meet the temperature controller’s requirements of the real-time controller, flexibility and simple structure, this paper using the Lab VIEW’s CIN node call Visual C write neural network PID program, and build a toolbox Fuzzy PID controller. Design the construct with computer, PCI-6221data acquisition card, sensors and electronic regulator as the hardware platform and the operation panel with landing interface, process curve set interface, fermentation temperature control interface and historical data record interface man-machine interface as software control platform. The whole system is flexible, upgrade simple and short development cycle. And by using PLC and Lab VIEW of serial communication to further improve the fermentation process automation control degree of peripheral devices, reduce the operating personnel mention labor.In this paper, with specific mathematical model of fermentation tank, making relevant experiments. The result show that this system has very good curve fitting degree, meet all kinds of fermentation control temperature data index for a particular fermentation process. With intelligent control algorithm as the theory basis and the virtual instrument as development platform for a beer fermentation temperature control system, this system not only have very good intelligence and flexibility, good stability, high control precision and the human interface more simple and practical and development and test more convenience...
