Study On Optimizing Tenacity And Elongation At Break Of Bright Sewing PET Staple Fiber

This paper studied some factors of the producing progress which affect the Tenacity and Elongation of bright sewing PET staple fiber, and introduced the craft of YIZHENG CHEMICAL FIBER CO.LTD simply, and emphasized the different of the craft,progress,quality between the bright sewing PET staple fiber and the common cotton PET fiber ,Assayed the qualities of product in each progress through using apparatuses such as rheology test,differential scanning calorimeter,XQ-1 strength and elongation test。And found out the key of optimizing Tenacity and Elongation at break of bright sewing PET staple fiber。We emphasized through viscosity,spinning property ,draft rate and oil to optimizing Tenacity and Elongation at break of bright sewing PET staple fiber,We achieve to the aim of optimizing Tenacity and Elongation at break of bright sewing PET staple fiber through continual hard work。...
