This paper mainly introduces the research of hot forming process of integral brake beam frame of the lorry. This technology takes place of the traditional welding structure and solves the problem of crack, unjoined weld, break happened after the lorry getting high speed and overloaded. According to the characteristics of the product, the software ANSYS is used in the research to simulate the process to control the accuracy of geometric shape. The simulation technology is used to test and optimize the process which improves the effect of the experiment and saves the human resource and time. It can do some research about the instantaneous states and parameters. It also can take an view over the whole technique flow which can show the interactive degree and analyze the test. The production bats and temperature can be decide according to the theoryitical simulation. In order to solving the problems in the actual production, we use the stove based on the automatic degree control system to heat the product to 1200℃then cut, draw and shape it. We use sample to examine the geometric shape, precision of the product, and adapt fatigue experiment to validate the load of the beam form and its fatigue life. After hot-forming the brake bean frame is cooled by hanging that can process the pilling deformation the process of the impact cleaning not only remove the surface scales but also can enhance the surface strength. The maximum power of the beam form is 200 MPa, and the available stress is 223 MPa. The fatigue life is over 2000 thousand times. Now, with the high quality the product is used widely in the railway and gets good economic profit because of its high quality.
