In order to adapt the plastic profile market's request of high speed and stability for the extrusion die, and improve the actuality that the current domestic extrusion dies have bad stability, according to the theory of polymer rheology the present thesis investigated the stability problems of extrusion dies based on the simulation results done by ANSYS software.This thesis took the undulation extent of average flow velocity at the exit of die as the determinant gist of die stability, and used the determinant gist to study the flowchannels of profile's three parts------ektexine, inner tendon and functional block. Itwas found the relationship between the parameters of channel structure and the stability of die, the idea and method for the stability design of extrusion dies were also given.The conclusions and methods got in this thesis are very valuable not only improving in the stability design of the dies, but also in the adjustment and repairing of them.
