Intelligent Control System Of Sewage Treatment

At present, sewage treatment auto control systems in China behind the times. Sewage treatment running cost had been kept high. These facts extremely prevented the development of city sewage treatment. It was important to build up an active intelligence control system for sewage treatment, then optimized running effects and cut running cost. Combined with a momentous project in Sichuan province, this dissertation does the research on design and implement of sewage treatment intelligence control system.According to peculiarity of sewage treatment, the dissertation delved into three aspects, to build a set of intelligence control and decision making system for city sewage treatment. In particular, we proposed the conception of constructing a fault diagnosis expert system, which made the system have expert intelligence.First was beginning with the total control system of sewage treatment. We set up a control network based on RS-485 field bus. Field data acquisition modules were ADVANTECH series productions, which had maturity technologies.Second, for the purpose of optimizing control system, the dissertation designed a fault diagnosis expert database system that appropriated to sewage treatment system. The system could diagnose running accidents and made decision because of storing all kinds of diagnosis styles and information about sewage treatment.Third, the dissertation discussed a monitor system, which was developed by ZUTAIWANG. The monitor system displayed real-time data of device context in motion picture, at the same time, the system could communicate with expert database system by DDE in real time.
