| The 21st century is the quality century, the quality management is the source of the enterprise life forever.However,for a long time, under traditional economical development pattern, people take gaining economic efficiency as the only goal of quality innovation and neglect influence of economic activity basing quality innovation to natural ecological environment. The result is to accelerated exhausting use of resources, cause the lack of global resources and ecology crisis, and hinder coordinated development of society,economy,environment and resources.Today,When the resources are becoming prostrtrate and ecological environment is becoming worse,ecology quality has become the"bottle"restricting modern economy development,and it is the weight for the enterprise to get the competitive advantage. Based on the history of reflection on the reality of severe challenges, as well as prediction for the future,the sustainable development is increasingly being advocated by people.Ignoring the quality management of the big system called "natural-social-economic", product quality is improved,but environmental quality has declined. From the perspective of ecological theory to examine the quality of management theory, there are still limitations of the times. As an important innovation of the traditional quality management in theory and practice,the researching on the ecological quality of management should be urgent.With the economic development,enterprises are faced with the pressure coming from the public,consumer and the environmental regulations.And what's more, the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises has become increasingly apparent assimilation effect, enterprises must have their own unique management methods in long-term to adapt the more complex environment in competition, and as far as possible to meet the need of the social and the economic. To adapt to today's information age, enterprises should establish a quality management information systems with ecological significance——the ecological quality of management information systems.With the globalization of market economy,the enterprises which take modern economy microscopic foundation must take the creative way which merge ecology into quality innovation if they want to seek survival and continue development in the intense competition.The strong and weak points of ecology quality are the keys for enterprise to realize continuous development.So enterprise,s ecology quality management is important especicaly.The importance of enterprise ecology management information system is self-evident.The purpose of this paper is: In order to meet today's information age, the quality of the rapid development of information technology, modern quality management is facing great challenges.The extent and the speed of grasping quality information reflecte the viability of the enterprise,so establishing a management information systems in quality which is adapt to itself is necessary. However, most enterprises in the construction process of the system has not got the desired effect, the main reason is not true in light of its own building on the system design and planning, and what's more, it didn't put a major factor(ecological) which has good relationship between the enterprise and development into the system. In my opinion, this is a point unfortunately of the current quality management information system. Therefore, enterprises should establish a quality management information systems with ecological significance——the ecological quality of management information systems.This article has made explicit limits and detailed explanation to eco-quality management,and compares with the current quality management.On the basis of analyzing developing proceses and researching present situation ,the article absorbs essence analyzed by the predecessors to the quality management information system,combines the system theory,the ecology,the management ,the information science and the science,gives detailed analysis and theoretical prove to the erterprise ecology quality management infoemation system,and designs the models of the enterprise ecology quality management information system.At the same time,it values the level of the enterprise ecology quality management from the present situation and the trend of development according to the priciples of the combination of static and dynamic seate and the combination of quota and nature.From the point of continuous development,the article analyzes the relationship of four goals of the enterprise ecology quality management:social efficiency,economic efficiency,resource conservation and environment pollution reduction.It establishs the model to embody whether the society,economy,resource and environment can develop coordinately.On the basis of the analysis, summary and concluding to a large number of literature ,I have referenced to the research on the status of the eco-quality and eco-quality management of the enterprises at home and abroad.To fill the blank of information industry enterprises such as the eco-quality management, I built a logic model on information system of eco-quality management for enterprises.The Model of the system model consists of four subsystems: the eco- quality model of information management sub-system,the model of eco-quality plan sub-system, the model of eco-quality inspection sub-system , the model of eco-quality evaluation. Sub-systems model build up the whole model,and then I give a overall depth analysis on the model.Innovation of this article:1.The system can make up weak point of the existing quality management information system and meet the ecological needs.2.System can evaluate the ecological quality of enterprises, It can expand the scope of the original quality management functions of the information systems.3.The system can evaluate the coordination of comprehensive (social, economic ,ecological) benefits, and thus indirectly identify the development's coordination of the social,economic and ecological environment. |
