Design On Integrated Management And Control System Of Coke Oven

The coke is made from bituminous coal that is under a series of conditions. And coal is non-renewable energy, so the process in coking must improve quality, saving energy and reducing consumption. The computer-controlled technology will be introduced to the coke production process in the management and control system. The system that is designed and developed includes two aspects, which are production process control and information management automatically.In this thesis, according to the needs analysis, it was informed that a lot of coal-chemical data are input by manual in most of the domestic scene, coal chemical industry itself needs to be substantial optimization of automatic control.So the thesis starts from the coking process, gives a detailed introduction of the coal coking process and the coke-pushing plan flow specifically. Through studying the 2 coke oven which style are JN60, and according to the specific production conditions, the focus of analysis the coke industry coke-pushing plan and optimization, consider the parameters when making plan, summed up the deficiency existed in making coke-pushing plan and put forward a reasonable approach.Using C # programming language and SQL database technology on the platform of Visual Studio 2005 .Net to develop coking production management and control system. System can be produced coke-pushing schedule in specific circumstances automatically; At the same time, real-time monitoring the production process, and parameters information are recorded and printed as reports, such as coke-pushing current and gas temperature can be also used dynamic curve or color histogram display. It makes the control level from the basic class upgrade to management class; but also to achieve energy efficiency and significant economic benefits.
