Copper oxide ore was an important part of copper resources in our country. Copper oxide ore in mineral processing production had been more than 50 years' history since the late 50s from the 20th century in China. On the process of treating all kinds and complicated properties of refractory copper oxide, people had accumulated abundant experiences.In this thesis,The research about processing mineralogy based on low-grade copper oxide were carried out in hubei daye nonferrous limited company.On this basis, systematic sulphidizing flotation and bioleaching experiments had been conducted and the effects of all factors to flotation and leaching of copper were investigated.at the same time, the mechanism for flotation and leaching had beed analyzed and discussed. The main research contents and results were as follows:The process mineralogy research showed that:The ores belonged to strong oxidative low-grade single oxide ores.Copper ore contained mainly malachite, occasionally chalcopyrite, chalcocite and covellite sparse distributed.The output form of copper minerals from ore was more complicated.If we had made chalcopyrite, chalcocite and malachite fully recoveried, the theory nineral processing indexes of copper concentrate the recovery of 58.57% were obtained.To further improve the recovery of copper, leaching process should be used so that the existence of copper from silicate minerals could be recycled. By investigating the process mineralogy, the occurrence states of copper in the ore were found out, thus the treatments of sulphidizing flotation and bacteria leaching of copper oxide ore were made.By investigating the grinding fineness,dosage of regulator and other technological factors on the impact of sulphidizing flotation of copper oxide ore, optimizing the flotation technology, the grade of about 17.39% and recovery of 59.36% for copper concentrate were obtained in miniature closed-circuit flotation.Study on the process of bioleaching of copper oxide ore, The effects of many factors,such as leaching time, particle size of ore on the leaching of copper were investigated by research methods of shake flask test,miniature percolation of column leaching and expanding column leaching. The copper extraction yield was 75.63% for 50 days of expanding column leaching, the acid consumption of leaching process was 45.63kg/t.The results of mechanism analysis of sulphidizing flotation process showed that:Sodium sulfide had an effect in the flotation process is HS-, the best pH range of sulphidizing flotation was in an HS-stabilized existence and also the predominant component of the pH range.The activated reactions between oxidized copper minerals and the curing agent were as follows:Sulfide copper film was formed in the sulfide minerals, the hydrophobicity of mineral surface was enhanced, the adsorption rate of collector was increased, and the formation of dixanthogen was promoted in the adsorbed layer and the mineral surface was stabilized. The reactions between Alkyl hydroxamic acid and malachite generated O, O-and O, N-type chelate coexistence in the surface of malachite, which belonged to a chemical adsorption.
