China's copper resources are abundant,with the continuous exploitation of copper resources,the easy-handling copper resources are gradually reduced,making the refractory copper resources become the key targets.The new process and new technology of complex and difficult to deal with copper resources,which have important practical significance for the efficient recycling of copper resources in China.The mixed copper mine in Jiama,Tibet,which is taken as the experimental research object in this paper.Firstly,the study of process mineralogy characteristics is carried out.Secondly,the experimental research on the sulfidization flotation of mixed copper ore and the small-scale verification test on site are carried out,and the ideal beneficiation index was obtained.The selection index has certain reference value for the recovery of this type of copper mineral resources.Process mineralogical studies have shown that the valuable minerals that can be recovered from the ore are mainly copper minerals,and also include associated minerals such as molybdenum,gold and silver.Copper sulphide minerals are mainly porphyrite,chalcopyrite,chalcopyrite,covellite.Copper oxide minerals are mainly composed of chrysocolla and malachite.The main components of gangue minerals in the ore are wollastonite,calcium iron garnet,Calcite and quartz,etc.The main useful minerals are closely related to the gangue minerals,and the symbiosis is wrapped.The ore hardness is low and it is easily broken.The copper ore contains 1.04% copper and the oxidation rate is 29.80%.The content of free copper oxide and copper oxide combined is 15.38% and 14.42%.The content of associated metal molybdenum is 0.023%,and the precious metal gold and silver content are 0.5g/t and At 24.6 g/t.The valuable metals in the ore can be recovered along with the copper minerals to increase the comprehensive recovery value of the valuable metals.Aiming at the process mineralogy characteristics of refractory mixed copper ore,the mixed copper ore vulcanization flotation test was carried out.The influence of the grinding fineness,the amount of adjusting agent,the type and amount of collector,the amount of auxiliary collector and time on the flotation index were studied.Then,the optimal grinding fineness and flotation reagent system were determined,and a reasonable beneficiation process was formulated.Finally,the flotation open circuit and closed circuit test were carried out,and good flotation indexes were obtained.The closed-circuit test adopts two coarse and two fine two-sweep test procedures.The grinding fineness is-0.074 mm,the grain content is 70%,the total sodium sulfide is 900g/t,the total diesel oil is 150g/t,the total butyl xanthate is 660g/t,the total dosage of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate is 150g/t,and the total dosage of terpineol is 84g/t.Under this condition,the copper grade is 24.30%,the copper recovery is 72.54%,and the molybdenum grade is 0.127%,the recovery rate is 10.39%;the gold grade is 8.8g/t,the recovery rate is 73.72%;the silver grade is 399.8g/t,and the recovery rate is 64.22%.The on-site small-scale verification test was carried out in the high-altitude and high-altitude areas of Jiama,Tibet.The on-site verification test used the same pharmaceutical system and process flow as the laboratory.In this case,the copper grade was 24.47% and the copper recovery was 70.72%;the associated metal molybdenum grade was 0.324%,molybdenum recovery rate is 39.24%;precious metal gold grade is 8.75g/t,recovery rate is 61.16%;silver grade is 662.97g/t,recovery rate is 81.35%.The flotation closed-circuit index is ideal,and it's the same as the laboratory closed-circuit test indicators.The low-oxidation copper-molybdenum ore produced in the mining area was also tested.The closed-circuit flotation test was carried out through appropriate adjustment of the pharmaceutical system.The low-oxidation copper-molybdenum ore obtained a copper grade of 21.93% and the copper recovery rate of 87.22%;the molybdenum grade is 0.574%,molybdenum recovery rate is 71.41%;the gold grade is 12.18g/t,recovery rate is 68.90%;the silver grade is 420.51g/t,recovery rate is 87.17% flotation closed-circuit index.The flotation index meets the anticipated requirement.
