Construction waste is in the building or structure of the building, maintenance and demolition activities which are the building itself is useless or unnecessary discharge of materials. With the accelerated process of urbanization, urban construction waste production is also growing rapidly, its output accounts for 30% of the total municipal waste to 40% of the total on 100 million tons per year, becoming a major obstacle to urban development. Promote energy saving and emission reduction in the context of efforts to reduce construction waste generation and recycling of its deploying as possible is especially important, not only in urban environmental sanitation needs, but also a necessary requirement for future sustainable development. In this paper, a large number of documents and the investigation concluded on the basis of construction waste carried out the following studies.Comparative research and treatment situation at home and abroad, summed up the lack of our present research work, China should learn from foreign advanced technology management strategies; Pairs of basic theoretical knowledge of construction waste to study, make a detailed definition of construction waste, composition, characteristics, and environmental harm, introduced the China's current on construction waste, the technical and economic policies, and compared the United States, Japan and China-related legal system.For construction waste output divergent views on status, use of basic data of Guangzhou city, its yield were calculated; Using principal component analysis to determine impact of construction waste is a major factor production construction area, removal of quantities, and the fitting quantity and the urban population. Using these factors as independent variables on the production of construction waste in Guangzhou regression analysis, production of construction waste derived estimation formula; Finally, we use time series method to predict the output of the next few years. In accordance with the processing of construction waste, introduced the single-step treatment process and equipment, and compare several typical process of advantages and disadvantages, and suggest improvements; Depending on the composition of construction waste recycling proposed by different methods, and has a brief economic analysis. Finally, construction waste, Guangzhou, institutions and enterprises to survey and analyze the current difficulties in dealing with business operations and policy barriers proposed construction waste industry chain model and full process management models, and our construction waste management recommendations.Some views and suggestions of this article, the relevant government agencies and businesses valuable for comprehensive utilization of construction waste, and green building construction industry is also important.
