People's increasing material and cultural requirements have led to the acceleration of urbanization,the sharply increase of construction projects,and the rapidly increase of construction waste output.Based on the game theory and coordination theory,this paper uses game model to analyze the decision-making game and its stability strategy among the multi-agent in the utilization of construction waste resources,and uses the perspective of coordination to study the driving factors in the industrial chain of the construction waste materials source in China,so as to analyze the interests of the upstream,middle and downstream of the whole industrial chain In the evolution process of related activities,the whole construction waste resource utilization industrial chain is divided into five interrelated subsystems by using the method of system dynamics,and a complete inventory flow chart is constructed.The output of construction waste is simulated systematically,and the sensitivity of its key sequence parameters is analyzed.The results are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.The shortcomings in the management of construction waste industry chain in China are pointed out.Taking the construction waste resource industry chain in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as an example,the game model and system dynamics model are concluded In this case,we can scientifically analyze the evolution path selection of the construction waste recycling industry chain in the whole life cycle management of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and provide effective countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant main bodies of the industry chain,as follows:(1)improve the information exchange between the main bodies in the industry chain,and establish the information sharing mechanism.(2)Establish a complete supervision system and clarify the responsibilities of each industry subject.(3)The policy promotes the development of construction waste industry and the enthusiasm of enterprises in the industrial chain.(4)We should publicize the resource-based treatment of construction waste and improve citizens' awareness of green building.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Reasonable control of the ratio of fines and subsidies,so that construction enterprises to implement the construction waste recycling behavior is positively related to the strength of government supervision.(2)Innovate the new management mode of construction waste and link various stakeholders in the industrial chain.(3)The government should promote the combination of reduction measures to improve the effect of reduction.(4)The government should make full use of the technologies such as FRID,GIS,BIM and BLOCKCHAIN to supervise the whole process of the construction wasterecycling industry chain.The research conclusion further improves the construction waste resource management theory,and provides theoretical guidance for the enterprises and government management departments in the construction waste resource industry chain,which is to formulate policies to make the construction waste resource utilization more sustainable.
