Research On Automatic Control Technology Of Medical Density And Multi-hoists Coordinate Schedule For Electroplating Product Lines

Electroplating is used widely in mechanical manufacturing, light industry, electronic industry, navigation, instrument industry and became indispensable in manufacture because of its generality and functionality. Automatic and semi-automatic operation is adopted on electroplating product line, which is ineffective and low-utilization ratio. An intelligent electroplating product line control system is needed strongly.The electroplating product line control system is designed in this paper base on the analysis of functions and tasks of different electroplating product line. A arithmetic base on least square is derived. This method can gain electroplating solution quantitatively and supply foundation in theory for the solution automatic distribution system. A solid medicament accurate accession equipment is developed with the arithmetic.After introducing the characters of the multi-solution electroplating product line, considering the scheduling system with N irrelevant kinds of motions which is made up with 7 hoists, automatic electroplating lines with multi-type are complex hybrid flow shop system. The system takes IPC as upper management system, S7-300 as lower core controller, S7-200 as underlayer controller, the whole system has three layout structure, and it applys Profibus to realize communication amount each layer. Two Proximity Switchs are employed to count hoists' position.A multi-solution electroplating product line united real-time coordination control system is designed in the paper. The electroplating solution consistency automatic distribute system fills the domestic gap of electroplating solution consistency distribution. The lication showed that the system is successful and valuable.
