| Steel is an important material in national-building. Today all kinds of steels constitute the skeleton of the world, support the development of the economy. Due to many factors steel rolling, cooling, transport or heat treatment process will produce bending affect product quality. Straightening machine is useful to eliminate these defects.In this paper, it described the type and working principle of the straightening machine, expounded the process flow for six rollers straightening machine, and process to the requirement of the hydraulic system is analyzed in the process of straightening machine work. It got some key parameters of the straightening machine hydraulic system after a theoretical analysis. The straightening machine hydraulic system schematic diagram is mapped according to the requirement of the straightening machine of hydraulic system and the related parameters. This paper studied the hydraulic quick-opening system, Accumulator in the hydraulic system can meet the requirements of the feature of hydraulic quick opening to flow. The power and calorific value of hydraulic system verified. The hydraulic components were choosed according to the system requirements. Then make use of AMESim simulate part of the hydraulic system. Study the reliability and stability of the system. Selected the Siemens PLC as the control core, and control flow chart was compiled. PLC input and output interface was assigned. The man-machine interface screen was mapped.In this paper, some experiments were done by use the prototype of six rollers straightening machine. It proved that the key components and hydraulic pressure system of the straightening machine is reasonable. The experiments show that the hydraulic system of six rollers straightening machine with high production rate and high reliability. The straightening machine can effectively improve bending and ovality of the workpiece, and can meet the need of the factories in the actual production. |
